By accessing or using our Apps, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our Apps.

Our Apps are available in two versions:
Free Version
- Basic puzzle and riddle functionality
- Limited hints and solutions
- Advertisement-supported
Premium 30-Day Access (One-Time Purchase)
- Unlimited Hints and Solutions: Bypass all cooldowns and restrictions for 30 days
- Ad-Free Experience: Complete removal of interstitial advertisements
- Instant Access: No need to watch rewarded videos for hints
Premium Subscription
Our Premium Subscription provides:
- Unlimited Hints and Solutions: Full access to all hints and complete solutions
- Ad-Free Experience: Complete removal of all advertisements
3. Subscription Plans and Pricing
Available Subscription Options:
- Weekly Premium: $0.99/week
- Monthly Premium: $1.99/month
- Annual Premium: $10.99/year (Best Value)
Subscription Terms:
- Free Trial: New subscribers may receive a free trial period (if applicable)
- Payment: Charged to your Apple ID/Google Play account upon confirmation
- Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Renewal Charge: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- Price Changes: We may adjust subscription prices with 30 days advance notice
Managing Your Subscription:
For iOS Users:
- Open iOS Settings
- Tap your Apple ID at the top
- Select “Subscriptions”
- Choose Black Games app
- Cancel or modify subscription
For Android Users:
- Open Google Play Store
- Tap Menu → Subscriptions
- Select Black Games subscription
- Cancel or modify subscription
4. Billing and Payments
- All payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
- Prices are shown in your local currency and may include applicable taxes
- Payment methods are managed through your App Store/Play Store account
- We do not store or have access to your payment information
5. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation stops future renewals but does not provide a refund for the current period
- You will continue to have premium access until the end of your current billing period
Refund Policy:
- Apple App Store: Refunds are handled according to Apple’s standard refund policy. Visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund
- Google Play Store: Refunds follow Google Play’s refund policy. You can request refunds through Google Play Store support
- Unauthorized Purchases: If a child or unauthorized user made purchases, contact Apple or Google support immediately
- Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues preventing use of premium features, contact our support team
6. Restore Purchases
If you’ve previously purchased a subscription and it’s not showing in the app:
iOS: Use “Restore Purchases” button in the app settings Android: Purchases should restore automatically when logged into the same Google account
7. User Conduct and Acceptable Use
By using our Apps, you agree to:
- Use the Apps only for personal, non-commercial purposes
- Not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the functioning of the Apps
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, duplicate, or manipulate the Apps in any unauthorized manner
- Not share premium content or solutions outside the app
- Not create multiple accounts to abuse free trial offers
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Apps if these terms are violated.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, features, and functionality of the Apps, including but not limited to:
- Puzzle designs and algorithms
- Text, graphics, and user interface
- Software code and architecture
- Hints, solutions, and explanations
- Trademarks and branding
Are the exclusive property of Black Games and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any part of the Apps is prohibited.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy at https://blackgames.co/privacy-policy/ to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
By using our subscription services, you consent to the collection and processing of subscription-related data as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Service Availability and Modifications
- We strive to keep our Apps available 24/7, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access
- We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance or updates
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service
- Significant changes to subscription features will be communicated in advance
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Black Games shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:
- The use or inability to use the Apps
- Interruption of service or technical difficulties
- Loss of data or unauthorized access to your account
- Third-party content or external links
- Decisions made based on app content
Maximum Liability: In no event shall our liability exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription period.
12. Legal Jurisdiction and Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Istanbul, Turkey.
For international users, local consumer protection laws may still apply.
13. Account Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to premium features if:
- You violate these Terms of Service
- You engage in fraudulent activity
- Payment fails and account becomes delinquent
- Technical or legal requirements necessitate termination
Upon termination, your right to use premium features ceases immediately.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect:
- Changes in our services or features
- Legal or regulatory requirements
- Business practice improvements
Notification: We will notify users of material changes through:
- In-app notifications
- Email (if provided)
- Website updates
Effective Date: Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Apps signifies your acceptance of updated Terms.

16. Apple-Specific Terms (iOS Users)
Relationship with Apple
You acknowledge that this agreement is concluded between you and Black Games only, and not with Apple Inc. Black Games, not Apple, is solely responsible for the Licensed Application and the content thereof.
License Scope
Your license to use our App is limited to a non-transferable license to use the Licensed Application on any Apple-branded products that you own or control and as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. This app may be accessed and used by other accounts associated with the purchaser via Family Sharing or volume purchasing.
Maintenance and Support
Black Games is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to the Licensed Application. You acknowledge that Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the Licensed Application.
Warranty and Refunds
Black Games is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law. In the event of any failure of the Licensed Application to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the Licensed Application to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the Licensed Application.
Product Claims
You acknowledge that Black Games, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the Licensed Application or your possession and/or use of that Licensed Application, including but not limited to:
- Product liability claims
- Any claim that the Licensed Application fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement
- Claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation
Intellectual Property Rights
You acknowledge that in the event of any third party claim that the Licensed Application or your possession and use of that Licensed Application infringes that third party’s intellectual property rights, Black Games, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.
Legal Compliance
You represent and warrant that:
- You are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a “terrorist supporting” country
- You are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties
Third Party Terms
You must comply with applicable third party terms of agreement when using our Application.
Apple as Third Party Beneficiary
You acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple’s subsidiaries, are third party beneficiaries of this EULA, and that, upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this EULA, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this EULA against you as a third party beneficiary thereof.
